18: Dream house

First of all a privacy fence in the backyard. (A really tall one)
3-stall garage with plent of organization. I like the look of stainless steel.



Big play-room for kids in basement.


Man-cave for hubby.



Kitchen with nice usable cupboard space, large pantry off the kitchen.
